It was easier to explain how to make ears for a My Little Pony cosplay visually. This is my first attempt at a video tutorial, so bear with me! I have posted a rough transcript/instruction bellow the video as well.
Materials
- Cloudclay (or Crayola Magic modeling clay)
- Hot glue/supper glue
- Bobby pins or other hair grips
- Acrylic paint
Construction
- Roll the cloud clay into a ball
- Form the ball into a pyramid
- Using your thumbs push a dent into one side of the ear
- Form it into a ear shape with a flat bottom and pointed top
- Let dry
- Paint the ears the right color
- Glue on hair grips
